Its the same when some thing happens to you. Symptoms are same, journey is same. Yes its love. Its a no shock to me when my distant relative who is in his Btech called me and told that he is in love. I observed some form of silience while he was talking and he want to take my suggestion how to go about this complex and complicated process of love. Love starts with confusion, continues with imagination and ends up in frustation. Typically a normal guy from south who has fallen in love will immediatley think about marriage. Same way for the girl as well. According to my observation this is completelt different in north where guy really want to hang out for a while and later thinks whether the girl really suits for him. Girl the same. People from south think that its sin to love people and not marry them which I sincerely oppose. Love should be foundation for marriage rather than the reason for marriage. Especailly girls think in this way. And the guy gets ready to sacrifice his career for the girl and promises girl to fight with anyone to get done with the marriage. From the girls side, she just makes emotional statements which is the reason for the guy to act as in the previous statement. GIrls are instantly emotional, constantly sentimental and lately can forget anything. Love happens at an age when your career is just about to set a direction.  Smart guys will handle both giving more importance to career and equally balance love life. Some set ahead for love and completely forget the track of career.  By the time you realize about career its already out of track and you cannot revive it.  These are the result of immaturity and innocence and anxiety.

These are the thoughts just flowing in my mind when my relative told about his love. I did not say this to him because it would have hurt his feeling if I would have said. Let it be.  Truth and facts are the two things which hurts you always. I did not answer any of his questions but told him I cannot decide anything for you right now but I will tell you when time comes. Keep concentrating on your studies and forget about things that are going to happen after 3 to 4 years.

When I started to write this, I dont have any idea what to keep the title for this post. Ok let me write something and title automatically comes. Currently thinking about the people important and close to your life. I say those people are important and close to your life with whom you share the feelings closest to your heart. Be it a lover, be it the parents or best friends whatever. These people are really essential. If you dont share you are seriously missing something in life. If you keep to yourself without sharing it hurts you . This is just my personal observation. If I share anything happy with my close friends I will feel the double happiness. If I share something sad I will get some relief and am not equally sad any more as before.

I am talking about the people whom you can share things. My observation is that this list constantly changes. When I came out of school and joined college, I was in constant touch with the school friends, call them, meet them often and share with them all the things happening in the life. My college friends circle started building up and the touch with school friends kept descending. After 2 years it was almost out but rarely few were in still touch. Now the people around me were my college mates. Same thing happened for engineering, later IIT, now job.  Thanks to the web chatting it keeps you in touch with the people whom you last met 20 years ago. You are always provided with nice people around you for sharing many things. Frustation, irritation comes if you dont share things.  Dont forget to share and do tell me whether I am correct or not.

1. Keep me in the job for at least I reach 40 years of age without layoff

2. Give me a beautiful bungalow with EMIs that I can pay before I die.

3. Along with that a beautiful wife (hopefully virgin)

4. Send me at least once in my life time to abroad (preferably UK)

5. Give me a girl friend before my marriage to hang out on week ends

This is the name given to a sports school in pune where we have spent some time on Saturday to setup a library here on behalf of my company. Kreedakul the name got inspired from gurukul. This place renders scientific sport training to students says Manoj, founder member of Kreedakul. The motivation is really good, as they want to mould students in such a way that they deliver full fledged sport training to the students scientifically. The director says that the medals in a recent sports activity is just by luck. India lacks proper sportsperson due to lack of training and infrastructure. He says foreign countries has  a separate sports curriculum.  Its just not training and skills that are required for sports.  They first recruit a student and conducts a mental and physical test to find out the suitability of a sport for student. The main important thing required for sportsmen is fitness. Indian sportsmen lacks it. Fitness is that which should be progressively developed from childhood. It seems there is a 5 years fitness course in US. A fitness trainer gets paid more than skills trainer, apparently. So kreedakul considers all factors required for a sportsman and delivering quality training . They have a psychologist to tune people mentally and a ayurvedic doctor, yoga trainer to train them. They have all the infrastructure needed for the sportsmen to thrive. I suggest even other schools adopt this and follow.

Its a myth that people who fail in academics are candidates for sports. A survey says that top sportsmen are very brilliant and intelligent. In our childhood days, sports period is just one period in one week. Children are free to play whatever they can. They are neither trained nor motivated. Its out of own interest people used to practice and really particpiate in sports event. Sports should be given equal rather more preference than academics which is not the trend in the current situation. Society should fundamentally change at the root level to consider child’s interest before they encourage or force a child to pursue something. Its not advisable to force the children in to academics and creating a opnion that it is the only career. For a country like India there is no deprival of talented people. Its just the enforcement of right procedures that bring in fundamental changes at the root level to improve the situation in India.

I know I am talking about very sensitive topic which triggers mixed opinions. But let me give a thought. I said its love and marriage, not love marriage even though my motivation for writing this is a love marriage. I am writing this as I am hearing about from many people getting married in coming months who are lovers a few years or months back. Its rare to hear these days that love started in college days will end in marriage. Love in one way gets people together but it also tells the distance to be maintained which I mean here that it gives a chance to look  that “is he/she is the person which I can spend the rest of my life”.  I will say that its wrong to attribute success or failure to love because its a natural phenomenon that ends in either a experience (bitter/sweet) or a marriage.  I certainly feel happy for people whose love lands up in marriage.  One of my friends says that usually the period from which love transforms to marriage or break up is 4 to 5 years.  You are lucky if you get married before that period. Anyways its his opinion.  Its  important to give time when you are in love until you are completely in sync with your partner. Because its like 300 cc bike which gives you ultimate pickup when you start, but notice it ends up giving less mileage.  Love is the only thing in the earth which each person can attribute his own meaning to it. It gives an idea about a relationship called marriage.

I just dont want to keep heading for this as I am writing about my sensitive heart which is very PLAIN . Its proved again that its difficult to change the things that came by birth.  I am usually sensitive by heart and gets hurt easily with the things around. Of course even though I am sensitive I wont let people to notice that I am really hurt by something.  The disadvantage of being senstive is that it prevents you to act on the things. You will just be silient and will be a spectator for the things happening. I will be silient for several reasons hurting myself, 1. retaliating to it will spoil the environment 2. the fact that other person gets offended If I speak hurts more 3. Why to spoil the terms. This reminds me again of a favourite line “If you are quite at the things matter, your life is starting to end”. Dont be over sensitive and just act whenever required should be good resolution for people who are really over sensitive.

This two letter word makes me much uncomfortable since so many days. I just cannot say NO directly to anybody. This makes me sometimes irritated, worried and frustated. I really want to seek the art of saying “no”. Mixed reactions will happen in my body if I prepared to say NO.  if you people have any ideas please share with me. I can possibly implement them. These days I am trying my best to say NO and save my a**.  The price that I have to pay if I dont say no sometimes is regretting for what has happened. Everytime I feel, next time I should say it, but really moment comes, history repeats. Sometimes silience is my answer and it indicates virtual no to other person.  These things are really small but they matter a lot in your life. If you hesitate to talk when the things really matter, it is the point that your life starting to end.  So dont be silient when the things matter and learn to say NO when required.

Chrome is the google browser which got released 2 days back. The kind of  motivation is purely genuine and authentic.  Google again did the same thing what they have done with mail a few years back. It revisits already well settled things over internet, improves them and brings revolutionary changes.  I tried to downloading it but could not execute as it threw an exception and crashed. Mine is xp with sp3. Donno whether people are facing the same problem. I called my friend to find out. He could able to install and said the interface was very clean. Its fast and trendy.  The techinical improvements are the browser is multithreaded as opposed to traditiona browsers which are single threaded. It implies each tab inside browsed will have a sandbox (each tab is treated as a different process). Hence even if a tab crashes the whole browser wont get crashed. Similarly if any malfunction or malware attacks one tab it cannot be expanded to other tabs. The tabs cannot communicate between them and hence its more secure.  Some other features include omnibox and incognito (particular page will be opened in secured mode).  Chrome uses V8, java script engine which  fundamentally introduces many changes in script engine.  Traditional engines use dynamic lookup to locate properties on objects in memory, v8 uses hidden class concept to locate them. V8 also has garbage collector which makes sure that memory  is reclaimed.  V8 compiles JavaScript source code directly into machine code when it is first executed. There are no intermediate byte codes, no interpreter.

Many positive things continue to spring up if you tal about chrome. But there are few subtle points to be discussed. My friend says “I have already heard about the mutliprocessing browser but they are not popular”. I cannot comment on this as I have no idea.  One more friend said it crashes when somebody types <somename>:%.  One blog says it has copyright issues which point 11 was wrongly written (later google corrected it).  Last but not least  if you type chrome in Google search , Google chrome is not the first in search list . Personally i have not done any verification as I could not able to open it.  One more thing worth mentioning is chrome is fully open source.

Google has really given a nice motivation for the people that everything on the web can me made much trendier and improved. Nothing is complete. Make changes and adapt to the expanding web.

An planned trip which was canceled suddenly truned in to reality when all of our friends agreed to start to Mahabaleswar from Pune.  We thought bike ride will be worth and did all servicing needed for the bike the previous night.  Also, We bought birthday cake to celebrate one of my friends birthday. He does not know that we are bringing cake and it was all a surprise, He even does not know that we know thats his bday. We started (two bikes) around at 6:30 after filling fuel. We have to catch pune-blore highway  to reach Mahabaleshwar. My pulsar started speeding up and it was an amazing experience to drive with at a speed of 80-90KMPh on the highway. We covered 75KM in 1.5 hrs and yet to complete is 40KMs more out of which 30KM is ghat road. We started climbing up the ghat and reached panchagani (five lands) which was famous for TABLE land where the land looks like a flat table. Its one of the shooting spots for many Bollywood films. We hired a horse cart to cover the points.  Its one of the place where Pandavas spend some time in their vanavas.  There were footprints of five pandavas surrounded by rocks. We captured some nice landscapes in camera.  Mahabaleshwar is just 20KM away from here. We started,  and as soon as we entered city’s famous boating place welcomed us. We went there and took a boat for 30 minutes and went for a ride. The ride was awesome and the river was completely covered by fog. It was simply amazing. No words to describe the nature’s beauty.  It stands before the beauty of a women. We ate strawberry icecream, sitaphal icecream and makkie frankie twice. Anybody who visits here must eat them. Later we started to prataphfad fort which is 16km from Mahabaleshwar. This road is awesome with fog and trees completely covering the road. I enjoyed ride like anything and stopped by few water falls to click some pictures.  We started back to pune at around 5 and reached at 8. The return journey was hectic as it was raining continuously.  On total we covered 300KM on bike in single day. It was all body pains and sleeping like hell to recover from it.
